valve and manifolds
We use hydraulic valves and distributors mainly from RGC, Atos, Bosch-Rexroth, Duplomatic. All frequently used valve models for nominal bore DN6, DN10, DN16, DN20 with pressure up to 350 bar are in stock.
Our engineers design the valves in such a way that if the customer is unable to order a replacement valve from us, even after decades of operation, he can replace it with a similar CETOP valve.
VFD hoses, fittings, connectors, gaskets, cylinder seals
The standard connection threads used in our company are 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2. However, for quick adaptation of our power modules to domestic and imported equipment, we always have adapter fittings and adapters for threads of other standards.
We crimp VFD hoses on FINN-POWER equipment using 1SN, 2SN, 4SP, 4SH Hansa-Flex, Semperit hoses in accordance with DIN EN 856. For production of hydraulic cylinders we use seals RGC, Eaton, NOK, Guardex and others. Seal manufacturing time by our partners in RGC in case of urgent order is 1 day.

Gidropress with the participation of partners developed a Russian-language programmable control system for complex presses. Mogilev electric motors, Siemens motors, Schneider Electric, ABB, Rittal, Siemens, etc. are used to realise the electrical part. Multipurpose presses are equipped with reliable systems that allow the replacement of defective components with new ones even if there is no manufacturer's dealer in the region.
We primarily service our own equipment and are not engaged in supplying third-party customers with components from manufacturers whose exclusive representatives are available in the region. However, if the customer has an urgent need and provided that all rights are respected, we are ready to consider the supply of hydraulic and electrical components from our partners at affordable prices.
