Rail Bound Hot Forging Press Manipulators

Rail Bound manipulator Python-R is designed for loading, feeding, and transporting workpieces. Have a lifting capacity in the range from 10 to 100 tons.
QUESTIONNAIRE
Manipulators of higher carrying capacities are designed and manufactured according to specific customer’s requirements.
Machine is equipped with a self-contained hydraulic drive and bladder accumulators. The machine is designed, hydraulically connected and electrically controlled in order to provide straight-line movements of a forging in the direction of all tree axes of reference, horizontal as well as vertical tilting and longitudinal axial rotation of a forging. The speed of travelling, rotating and vertical movements can be step-controlled.
  • Self-contained hydraulic drive with bladder-type accumulators
  • Straight-line along three axes, horizontal/vertical tilting, longitudinal axial rotation
  • Step-controlled for traveling, rotating, and vertical movements
  • Pneumatic-hydraulic springs (vertical and longitudinal axes)
  • Integration: with forging press, control modes – automatic / operator workstation
  • Positioning accuracy of grippers: up to ±0.5°
  • Travel drive accuracy: 3–6 mm (depending on manipulator size and forging speed)
