Mobile Hot Forging Press Manipulators Python-M
The mobile manipulator Python-M is designed for loading, feeding, and transporting workpieces. It feeds workpieces into furnaces, hammers, forging presses, expanders, and ring rolling mills. Have a lifting capacity in the range from 2 to 40 tons.
It can be used for transporting workpieces between sections and changing dies. Available in electric and diesel versions.
The positioning accuracy of the rotary grippers is up to ±0.5 degrees. The positioning accuracy of the travel drive is 1–5 mm, depending on the manipulator size and forging speed. Positioning accuracy is ensured by a servo drive and proportional hydraulics.

- Opening/closing the jaws
- Parallel lifting/lowering of the jazs
- Tilting the jaws up/down
- Parallel lateral movement of the jaws left/right
- Manipulator forward/backward movement

- Steering left/right
- Additionally: Active horizontal buffer, jaws forward/backward
