Pressing complexes MUSCLE KPRZ-M are designed for unpressing and pressing wheel sets of locomotives, passenger and freight cars and metro trains with any variations of brake discs,gears and other mounted elements.
Depending on the tasks, they are equipped with replaceable equipment, feed carriages, hydraulic manipulators and other devices that facilitate work.
The package may include a lifting mechanism with a capacity of 2.0 or 3.2 tons.

Press Muskul KPRZ-630M.03Sh (PA6738Sh) has two suspension beams, feed carriage and can be used for pressing and unpressing wheel sets with gearboxes, including Staadler and Bombardier.
It is manufactured in accordance with the functional parameters of the domestic Soviet models PA6738 and P6738B, previously produced in Odessa.
Japanese and Italian seals of standardized range are used in hydraulic piston cylinders. Cuffs made of wear-resistant polyacetal retain their shape for a long time and ensure tightness. Unlike the seals of the old generation, they do not need to be replaced during a long service life.
Presence in the design of the press of a piston power cylinder, which allows to realize more precise positioning, in contrast to the plunger cylinder, where the braking causes a stroke error of up to 3 mm.
A double-acting hydraulic cylinder is installed in the left part. The elements are pressed onto the axles in the openings of the power frame with the help of a sliding beam. The mobile beam moves along the guides of the lower frame. The beam has an electromechanical drive and is controlled from a remote floor console. The fixed and movable crossheads have a rigid welded structure that ensures high rigidity during pressing.
On request (option), the press can be equipped with a mechanized loading carriage that allows the wheelset to be loaded in the pressing zone. The loading of the axle with attachments into the pre-assembly area is carried out by the telescopic arms of the loading mechanism.
Rexroth valve equipment according to CETOP standard is interchangeable with domestic analogues. The Muskul-KPRZ 630 (PA6738) press is controlled from a touch panel and a pushbutton panel.
The Press-Vagon automation complex provides automation of the process of pressing/unpressing of wheel sets, as well as technological protection and locking necessary for this process, process visualization, informing the operator about normal and abnormal modes, data archiving, possibility of quick adjustment and restructuring of operating modes, authorization and authentication of operators.
The press is equipped with a videographic recorder with software for recording diagrams "Effort-Path" TM "Sensorica", included in the Register of Measuring Instruments of the Russian Federation. The device meets all requirements for an electronic self-recording device:
- GOST 4835-2013 Wheel sets of railway cars. Technical conditions.
- GOST 11018-2011 Wheelsets of railway traction vehicles of 1520 mm gauge. General technical conditions.
- TsV-944 Instruction on inspection, certification, repair and formation of wagon wheelsets.
- TsT- 329 Instruction on formation, repair and maintenance of pairs of wheels of traction rolling stock of railways of 1520 mm gauge.
The pressing diagram is displayed in real time on the device display and recorded on an electronic medium for further printing on a computer, which is required by GOST 11018-2011. At the end of the pressing process the pressing protocol for each wheel is printed. The form of the report is separately agreed with the company in accordance with the valid instructions.
